Your role in our mission

Create standards and procedures for developers to follow.
Execute both manual and automated test scripts.
Code and implement automated tests.
Uses SQL, data models, data element dictionary and schema to perform data and business analysis.
Define & Create tests to verify that the software does not have any technical shortcomings.
Validates test plan results that satisfy the detailed design goals.
Supports unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and user Acceptance Testing.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements.
Analyze test results to predict user behaviour, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimise problems.
Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Keep track of quality metrics.
Verify that the final product meets the requirement.
Analyse product features and suggest changes to enhance them to make them more efficient and user friendly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards and regulations.

What we’re looking for

At least 5+ years of Functional testing experience (Automation Test experience is a plus).
Good/Excellent SQL skills (5+ years).
Should be able to Understand functional testing, smoke testing, performance, load testing, security testing, API testing and end-to-end testing.
Experience in web technologies, software development and testing using programming languages.
Experience in working with various quality assurance testing tools.
Experience in using agile workflows and knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).
Code automated tests using specialised software platforms.
Testing in an Analytics team, Healthcare Project is a plus.
Testing skills in Azure Databricks, Pyspark area would be a plus.
