Your role in our mission
- Create standards and procedures for developers to follow.
- Execute both manual and automated test scripts.
- Code and implement automated tests.
- Uses SQL, data models, data element dictionary and schema to perform data and business analysis.
- Define & Create tests to verify that the software does not have any technical shortcomings.
- Validates test plan results that satisfy the detailed design goals.
- Supports unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and user Acceptance Testing.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements.
- Analyze test results to predict user behaviour, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimise problems.
- Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Keep track of quality metrics.
- Verify that the final product meets the requirement.
- Analyse product features and suggest changes to enhance them to make them more efficient and user friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards and regulations.

What we’re looking for
- At least 5+ years of Functional testing experience (Automation Test experience is a plus).
- Good/Excellent SQL skills (5+ years).
- Should be able to Understand functional testing, smoke testing, performance, load testing, security testing, API testing and end-to-end testing.
- Experience in web technologies, software development and testing using programming languages.
- Experience in working with various quality assurance testing tools.
- Experience in using agile workflows and knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Code automated tests using specialised software platforms.
- Testing in an Analytics team, Healthcare Project is a plus.
- Testing skills in Azure Databricks, Pyspark area would be a plus.
