You will join a worldwide team of engineers who passionately work on architecting, designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting Genesys Web Service. You will get a unique opportunity to learn the insights of the Contact Center technology and contribute to it.

A Successful candidate will:

• Deliver new features to voice microservices through design, development, and testing supporting solution high availability and scalability
• Write code following best practices and participate in code reviews
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java) (Primary)
• Knowledge of Framework (Spring Framework, Spring boot) (Primary)
• Conversant with REST API and MVC architecture.
• Exposure to Elastic search will be a added advantage.
• Efficiently communicate with peer development teams working on joint projects
• Help QA, Product Management, Customer Care, and Professional Services with issues related to the voice microservices

Basic Qualifications for Associate Software Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from reputed colleges
• 1+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with contributing to java project

Desirable Qualifications for Associate Software Engineer:

• Java
• Spring Framework & Spring boot
• Building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub actions
• Design and development experience in technologies using REST APIs
