Designation: Process Associate (This role is for Fresher)

Eligibility: Freshers (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech are not eligible)

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve Ad Serving issues via email
• Escalate issues promptly and work efficiently
• Investigate, follow-up, and escalate when necessary

Must Skill Requirements:

• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
• Technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to work in night shifts

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Campaign Management is a plus
