Your Role and Responsibilities

An experienced OpenPages quality assurance consultant is required to provide implementation services to IBM customers. The consultant will:

work with IBM project teams and Customers on the solution flow
analyze, review and provide feedback on high-level business requirements
actively participate in all phases of product implementation life cycle
Write test cases in line with OpenPages solution document.
Understand custom triggers and helpers for OpenPages and write test cases to ensure quality
document test results and procedures
support customers in solution testing
Work will primarily be conducted remotely with potential for travel.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

IBM OpenPages or any GRC product knowledge
Knowledge and experience in testing workflow based solutions
SQL scripting experience
Knowledge of any OOPs language
Good English language skills (written and spoken)
Customer focus (ability to set correct expectations, meet deadlines and proactively communicate with Customer)
Problem solving (technical diagnosis and identifying path to resolution)
