✅ Position Summary
- The Quality Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans and test scripts.
- The candidate will work closely on Feature & Regression testing involving different modules from the product.
- Responsible for ensuring that the end-product meets quality standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback.
✅ A Day in the Life Typically Includes
- Analyze Requirements, Design-Document & engage with all necessary teams for best quality deliverables and superior customer satisfaction
- Developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans and test scripts
- Working closely on regression testing involving different modules from the product
- Responsible for ensuring that the end-product meets the quality standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback
- Demonstrate strong functional testing skills over web applications testing with exposure to HTML, REST API, SQL, programming, and easing day-to-day simple operations

✅ What You Will Need
Basic Qualifications
- Ideally prefer 1–3 years of good testing experience at good firms
- Passionate about testing and quality, learning new concepts, and prepared to accept challenging roles
- Strong team player, able to work independently and in teams seamlessly
- Strong analytical, aptitude, and logical thought process
- Proficient in creating testing strategies and test plans based on requirements
- Logical and analytical approach to detecting and resolving errors, issues, and process faults
- On-time and accurate reporting of defects found during testing using JIRA
- Involvement in multiple testing areas such as Regression, Functional, Smoke, Integration, and Performance
- Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining quality results
- Experience in understanding product information and dealing with customer scenarios
- Working on implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the product or service
- Strong knowledge or work experience in Manual Testing and exposure to Automation Testing using different automation tools
- Skills with VBScript or Java are an add-on
