What You’ll Do at Pega
- Test and ensure the quality of features in the Customer Decision Hub product
- Identify opportunities to enhance and improve testing frameworks
- Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies, providing continuous feedback and driving process improvements
- Contribute to innovation by solving challenges in application testing
- Leverage AI-driven testing approaches to design test cases
- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles

Who You Are
- A results-oriented professional who focuses on outcomes, not just activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Acts as a role model within the team
- 2–4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (manual and automation testing)
- Experience with performance monitoring, measurement, and quality assurance
- Hands-on expertise in at least one test automation framework (Playwright preferred)
- Strong experience in API testing using Karate or similar frameworks
- Ability to build automation test cases efficiently to match development speed
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Proficiency in OOP concepts, Java, and XML
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments
