What will yo do?
1. Monitoring calls for the counselors
2. Sharing feedback (1-0-1 & email) with counselors
3. Creating awareness & promote a quality environment through huddles
4. Auditing the process hygiene
5. Coaching & mentoring the associates to improve their performance
6. Participating in calibration sessions
