Develop and implement performance test strategies and plans based on project requirements and system architecture.
Design and execute performance test scenarios, scripts, and test data sets using JMeter and other performance testing tools.
Monitor and analyze system performance during load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to identify and resolve performance-related issues and suggest performance optimization strategies.
Create comprehensive performance test reports, including test results, analysis, and recommendations for performance improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and propose solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.
Participate in code and design reviews to ensure performance best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance testing requirements and performance acceptance criteria for new features and system enhancements.
Automate performance testing tasks, including test script creation, test execution, and result analysis, to improve efficiency and test coverage.
Participate in performance tuning activities, including load balancing, caching, and database optimization, to improve application performance.
Conduct performance testing on different environments, including production-like test environments, to accurately simulate real-world scenarios.

Realpage recruitment REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Minimum 3 years of working experience with performance tools like Jmeter.
Strong knowledge in Java, Groovy, Java Script, Beanshell, Regular Expressions, to implement Jmeter scripts.
Strong knowledge in Java to implement any Datasetup requirements.
Good experience in monitoring Tools like New Relic, ELK, Dynatrace and AppDynamics etc.
Strong understanding of web technologies, protocols, and architectures (e.g., HTTP, REST, SOAP, TCP/IP).
Expertise in JMeter in preparation of performance scripts and good at enhancements like correlation, parameterization & error handling.
Minimum 2 yrs of Experience in analyzing the customer requirements and deriving the performance scenarios/conditions based on the client requirements in controller and performance center.
2 yrs of Experience in building Load, Stress and Endurance Performance testing types.
Minimum 2 years of experience involved in Scenario creation, Scenario execution and Analyzing reports to identify Performance bottlenecks.
Minimum 2 years of experience in measuring and monitoring performance of various layers involved in end-to-end system.
Ability to understand the Performance requirements of the Application and business process to emulate real world scenarios.
Ability to drill down and identify Performance related bottlenecks.
Proficiency in analyzing system performance metrics and generating performance reports.
Good knowledge in reviewing system architecture and developing architecture & providing suggestions for better performance.
Ability to drill down on results and identify potential performance bottlenecks.
Experience in preparation of final performance analysis report and results documentation.

Docker: Knowledge on Docker containerization technology, including building, deploying, and managing containers for application deployments.
Kubernetes: Knowledge on Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, including deploying and scaling applications, managing pods, and configuring services.
CloudWatch: Knowledge of AWS CloudWatch and its monitoring capabilities to collect and analyze metrics, set up alarms, and gain insights into application and infrastructure performance in AWS environments.
Grafana: Knowledge of using Grafana for monitoring and visualizing system and application metrics, creating dashboards, and setting up alerts for performance monitoring and analysis. Ability to configure Grafana Dashboards is a big plus.
InfluxDB: Knowledge of InfluxDB, a time-series database, for storing and retrieving performance-related metrics, and utilizing its querying capabilities for performance analysis.
Prometheus: Knowledge of Prometheus, an open-source monitoring and alerting tool, for collecting and storing metrics, querying data, and creating custom alert rules.
