What you’ll do:
In your role as a Quality Specialist, you will:
- Have an eye for detail, be technology curious and be a fanatical automation fan. These attributes are critical to ensure that the team reaches the release goals and that subsequent maintenance challenges are rare.
- Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure functional requirements are satisfied
- Develop automated regression tests and extend to include coverage for new functionality
- Analyze problems and trace the root cause of a failure or problem, being able to provide comprehensive explanation of how to recreate the problem and how the root cause was identified
- Collaborate with teams across geographies
What you bring:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields
- 3-5 years of work experience in Test Automation and related test activities including regression tests
- Strong experience with JAVA, JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, Maven and TestNG
- Experience with several testing techniques and automation frameworks
- Experience in testing and automation of Web app, Mobile app on cloud
- Preferred understanding of testing SOAP and REST APIs, and SQL Queries development
- Preferred working knowledge with Jenkins/Bamboo, Git and Jira
