About the Role:

Join Sapiens’ Life & Pension (L&P) division as a Quality Analyst (Manual) and contribute to delivering robust, high-performance, and scalable applications. You will play a key role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our CoreSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications

• Design and execute manual or automated test cases

• Evaluate product code based on requirements

• Create logs to document testing phases and defects

• Report and track bugs/errors with development teams

• Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues

• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of QA testing experience

• Hands-on experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks

• Ability to document and troubleshoot defects effectively

• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., qTest, QC)

• Proficiency in SQL

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Life Insurance domain knowledge (Preferred)
