Quality Analyst
A quality analyst, also called a quality assurance analyst, is a professional who identifies problems with a company’s products and seeks resolutions before their business delivers them to customers.
Quality analysts work in a stage of product development called quality assurance, where employees evaluate a product to ensure it meets both company standards and customer needs. In addition to resolving product issues, they might also aim to improve processes to help internal teams work more productively
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Should have 2-5 experience in Automation testing (Cypress).
- Strong Cypress test automation skills.
- Construct automated test cases for the defined test plan; modify the existing test cases as test requirements change.
- Strong experience writing and executing automated test cases for web applications.
- Strong experience in JavaScript.
- Good knowledge of software testing life cycle and process
- Perform feature tests based on a thorough understanding of feature requirements and desired behaviour with Cross Behaviour Compatibility testing
- Ability to understand the requirements and test web applications in a short time
- Identify and report general website / mobile site bugs and other functional usability issues found in web applications and internal software tools.
- Validate fixes and maintain clear and appropriate bug tracking documentation
- Frequently communicate clearly and efficiently with application developers and
- product owners’ multiple times through the reporting, validation and resolution of each issue
