Job Description

We’re building the foundational infrastructure that powers procurement at scale — and we’re looking for an Associate QA Engineer with a strong foundation in manual testing and an eagerness to learn automation to help ensure our platform is robust, reliable, and ready for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end testing for new features and product enhancements through manual testing
- Review requirements and design detailed test cases, test plans, and regression suites
- Execute functional, regression, sanity, and exploratory testing for web applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases using Jira
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality releases
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate across teams before go-live
- Maintain and update test documentation to ensure complete coverage
- Gain exposure to Playwright for automating/maintaining simple repetitive test cases (with guidance)
- Perform basic API validation using Postman or other tools
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in manual testing, ideally for web-based applications
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management workflows
- Experience designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and checklists
- Strong skills in functional and regression testing, with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or other test case management tools
- Exposure to or basic knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation tools
- Basic understanding of API testing using Postman (nice to have)
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- A growth mindset and curiosity to learn and improve testing practices
