You will be part of Verizon Cloud Engineering and Enablement Team. You will be playing critical role in enabling QE activities on key programs for the Organisation. You will collaborate with teams to deliver strategic programs in performing/establishing end to end testing. You will also be getting an opportunity to work on transformation programs.
- Developing test plans based on project requirements, outlining the testing approach and scope.
- Creating & executing detail test cases for both manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Utilizing webdriver.io for automated testing, scripting test scenarios to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure delivery of testable features
- Performing thorough manual testing to validate functionalities, identify defects and ensure overall product quality.
- Using Jira to log and track defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Performing regular regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Generating and share detailed test reports to communicate test results, status and any identified issues.
- Verifying the integration between different components of the system through integration testing.
- Collaborating in performance testing efforts to ensure the application meets scalability and performance requirements.
- Utilizing qTest for test management, organizing and tracking test cases efficiently.

- Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Hands on experience using tools like webdirver.io, qTest and Jira
- Knowledge of – Webdriver IO, QTest, Allure, Javascript
- Four or more years of relevant work experience
- Should participate in requirements meetings / PI Planning calls, understand the changes and should do impact assessment and prepare test cases / scenarios for the assigned deliverable
- Should be able to validate E2E test scenarios/flows
- Managing automation activities like scripting, test design, test result analysis, improvement recommendations, and reporting
- Ensuring application release cycle are on track and adjust plan to meet release timelines
- Supporting projects by focusing majorly on writing Java script & node js programs in the context of quality testing/automation.
- Providing automation engineering support and work towards delivering highly efficient and reliable applications to the customers.
- External Stakeholder Management
- Should automate the test execution and identify the defects
- Should understand the org KPIs (Progression automation, automation efficiency, regression automation, CI/CD etc) and Priorities to align with the bigger picture
- Should work closely with Dev partners and users both onshore / offshore and close the action items
