Job Description:

Amazon Prime is the world’s most recognized membership program and a core contributor to the Amazon flywheel. The Prime Technology Team is responsible for evolving technology platforms for geographic expansion and building new core infrastructure services to support future program launches.

This team tackles a range of complex and unsolved technical and business challenges, requiring scalable and forward-thinking solutions that support various membership programs across Amazon, not just Prime.

We are seeking a high-caliber Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) with a strong passion for testing and deep technical problem-solving skills to join our Amazon Prime QA team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand complex distributed systems and develop comprehensive functional and performance test plans.

• Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementations.

• Develop manual and automated test cases to validate real-world scenarios and ensure high product quality.

• Drive quality-centric methodologies in the software development process.

• Build and maintain UI and API test automation frameworks to support fast release cycles.

• Deliver test solutions for customer-facing features, ensuring high scalability and availability.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience in manual testing

• Experience in automation testing

• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation tools (e.g., Selenium, SOAPUI)
