Job Summary:

GE Healthcare is seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our Supplier Quality & Development Team supporting our Imaging plants. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in a dynamic and globally respected healthcare technology organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams to support quality operations.

• Analyze defective parts to determine potential root causes.

• Communicate defect details to suppliers and drive containment actions to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.

• Obtain return approval letters for internal and supplier-identified defects.

• Work with Supplier Quality Engineers to deep-dive root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Assist with Supplier Change Requests and monitor supplier compliance activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Ability to identify and implement best practices.

• Capable of working with ambiguity and cross-functional teams.
