This position requires the skills of a software developer. The technologies and experience listed below is representative of the knowledge, skills, technologies and/or abilities required.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in software product and test development including experience as lead designer and developer in complex system or application software. Strong teamwork skills, ability to work independently or in a group with minimal supervision, and strong work ethic are essential.

Technical requirements include strong computer science skills, programming experience with object-oriented, multi-threaded, n-tier programming in modern languages such as .Net, C#, Java or C++. Experience with database access technologies and SQL Server, Microsoft Server components including IIS, SQL Server, Windows Server OS, ASP and .Net is required. Web application development experience with HTML, XML and Ajax is expected along with development and performance testing of server-based applications.

Candidates must have experience working as a QA/Tester for 2–4 years, including testing across multiple browsers, test case design, defect lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum environments, and collaboration with global teams. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, basic security testing, performance testing understanding, and SQL knowledge are preferred.
