Job Description
Morgan Stanley is looking for a Java Developer (Associate) – Level 3 Support to join our Wealth Management Technology (WM_Technology) team in Bengaluru. You will work on developing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and resilient enterprise platforms, supporting corporate businesses in areas like Corporate Stock Plans, Executive Financial Services, and Retirement Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a small team of developers, QA specialists, and project managers.
Fix production issues on a priority basis and ensure application stability.
Investigate production code breaks, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Design, implement, and test new functionality with a focus on performance tuning.
Follow Agile development methodologies and ensure best coding practices.
Work on full-stack development, including UI and backend services.
Required Skills & Technologies:
Backend Development: Java 11+, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Hibernate.
Distributed Systems & Microservices: Kafka, JMS, Redis, Memcache.
Database & Query Optimization: Oracle, JDBC, SQL.
