As Nuvolo’s QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for executing functional and regression test cases within specified test environments with a high degree of accuracy.
As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, your role will include:
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide
- timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing features to meet client needs
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Experience in developing automated test cases in at least one programming
- language
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium Webdriver
- Strong knowledge in common web application technologies
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

- 3-4 years of experience in Automation and Quality Assurance practice
- 2+ years’ experience with agile development methodologies. Experience with Java and Selenium
- Ability to work across time zones and be flexible
- Ability to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Bonus points for:
1+ years of experience with ServiceNow is preferred
