Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.
- Schedules, organizes and participates in internal and external audits, and follows up with a timely response on corrective action.
- Analyzes and presents the results of testing sessions, and troubleshoots technical problems and issues.
- Compiles testing tools and processes for use in projects, and participates in the selection of testing approaches.
- Reviews the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
- Communicates information on standards, procedures, requirements and quality initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active participation is agile ceremonies.
- Analyze and review user stories in JIRA and create High level and low level test cases.
- Repository creation in HP ALM and execution.
- Create suitable sub-tasks in JIRA and move the stories across the board with appropriate status and comments.
- Defect creation and retest.
- IVR and API log validation.
- API automation for test data mining
- Cross team participation in automation activities (UI automation, API automation)
- Taking technical session for team members
MANAGEMENT/RELATIONSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
- Quick turnaround time on technical task
- Lead role – Effective and proactive communication within and outside team
- Must be proactive in coming up with innovative solution (s)
- Reach out to other team members and help in resolving issues
- Good communication and team work
- Maintaining and actively promoting a healthy team environment
- Positive relationship with global stakeholders – Highlighting issues and ensuring TIAA India is positioned well within the overall structure
- Would be a 50:50 blend between lead and IC role
