BIK Careers of Role and Responsibilities
- Creating test plans for products, and features and identifying issues and deficiencies
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures and working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon
- Developing standards, methods, and procedures to determine product quality
- Working with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure meeting customer requirements
- Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctions
- Defining and advising on test scope, approach, risks, and assumptions across DevOps and agile testing
- Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry. This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day-to-day work processes like agile and scrum
