Summary overview of responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for Manual and Automation skills with Client Server and Web Based Application. Should have extensive knowledge in Software Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Defect Reporting, Test Script Development, Software Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.

Candidate should have good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and in his/her capacity as a Senior Software Engineer, he/she will have to interact with cross-functional teams spread over Bangalore and Nice(France).

Major responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis
Creation of Test strategy, Test Plan, Test case
Test scripting – Technical/Functional/Automation
Analysis of failed Test Scripts in Jenkins and fixing up the issues
Validation and signoff
Work with Business Analyst/developers to identify and correct defects
Defect reporting, tracking Root-cause analysis of issues
Debugging platform related issues

Relevant job experience:

3 to 6 years of relevant experience

Requirement

Experience in Test Planning, Test case design, Test strategy, Test validation, Debugging
Experience on any Automation Framework knowledge is a must
Experience in working with regular expressions is a must
Should have experience in Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is a must
Knowledge and experience on GIT/STASH/Confluence/JIRA is a must
Experience in using ALM is preferred
Experience in Cloud platforms preferred
Knowledge on Agile SAFe is a plus
Knowledge and experience on octane preferred.
Travel domain knowledge will be preferred
Excellent communication skills.
