Clario Careers ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participates in the testing process through test design, execution, review and test witnessing in the context of a fast-paced, agile development process.
• Test software throughout the development cycle, including test planning, scripting and executions, bug management and reporting progress.
• Participating in Agile practices such as daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning and retrospective.
• Working alongside other team members such as Software Engineers and Product Owners to produce high quality software.
• Designing, developing, and executing test scripts.
• Reviewing the work of less experienced team members.
• Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, behaviors, and ethics.
• Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.
• With the assistance & support from management – targets and achieves results, sets challenging goals, prioritizes tasks, overcomes obstacles, responds well to change.

• 3+ years of related experience in software testing.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Test Management tools like Polarion, Jira, or similar would-be a plus
• Experience in an Agile development environment using methodologies like SCRUM, SAFe or equivalent would be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Katalon Studio, Test Complete, Squish / Frologic, Protractor, Selenium, Rest-Assured, Postman, Robot Framework or similar would be a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA Regulations surrounding 21 CFR Part 11 and cGxP is a plus.
