About the Job:
The Red Hat DXP Quality Engineering (QE) team is looking for a Quality Engineer to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will develop automated tests for a functional area of a solution within our extensive portfolio of offerings. To do so successfully, you’ll first need to understand the solution’s architecture and how it integrates with other offerings. As a Quality Engineer, you will serve as an individual contributor of the team and interact with other team members and developers.
What will you do?
- Define automated test strategies, methodologies, processes, and procedures
- Design and create test automation suites
- Contribute to weekly team meetings
- Reviewing codes, specifications and processes.
- Provide an accurate and timely status of automated testing efforts and quality statistics to the product leadership team.

- Good understanding of testing Web Applications, APIs and creating test automation suites.

- Knowledge of Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of agile practices
