We are seeking a motivated QA Intern to join our software development team for a 3-month internship. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in manual testing and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end testing of features on the mobile app and website.
Help in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Identify, reproduce, and report defects found during testing, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Gain knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, applying this knowledge to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Be proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, taking ownership of quality and seeking opportunities for improvement.
Engage actively in root cause analysis, defect reporting, and triaging, working to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of the software.
Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that testing is aligned with project requirements.
Participate in the planning and estimation of testing efforts.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in software testing methodologies.
Familiarity with test case management and bug-tracking tools.
Basic knowledge of tools like Postman, Charles, Jira, and Testrail is a plus.
Good understanding of UI and API protocols, and how the World Wide Web functions, including sessions, cookies, and browsers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively to solve issues.
